Walker's Sultana and Cherry Slab Cake is baked to a traditional Scottish recipe with generous amounts of ripened sultanas and glacé cherries.
Ingredients - Sultanas (34%), free range whole egg, wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), glacé cherries (12%) (cherries, glucose fructose syrup, fruit and vegetable concentrate (aronia, carrot) acidity regulator: citric acid), butter (milk), sugar, humectant: vegetable glycerine; rapeseed oil, invert sugar syrup, preservatives: E202, E282; raising agent: tartaric acid.
