Rhubacello

Wolfe Bros Rhubacello is a vibrant rhubarb liqueur produced in Leeds, Yorkshire, celebrating the region’s finest produce. Crafted using forced rhubarb sourced from fourth-generation growers Robert and Paula Tomlinson in the renowned Rhubarb Triangle, the rhubarb is gently sous vide with cane sugar to draw out its delicate, complex flavours before being blended with British winter wheat spirit. The result is an aromatic, bright and candied fruit profile with a beautifully smooth character. Enjoy neat, in a spritz or as the star of a Rhubarb Sour. Bottled at 24% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
