Edradour 12 First Fill Pinot Noir Cask

A special Highland single malt from Edradour Distillery. It was distilled in 2012 and matured for 12 years in 4 first fill Pinot Noir casks sourced from St. Michael-Eppan Winery in Northern Italy. Bottled at 48.2% with natural colour and un-chillfiltered, it is a small batch of only 1422 bottles available worldwide.

While they are no longer one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, Edradour is still a gem, and has a feircely loyal following.
