Nose:  Savoury, with a lightly spicy aroma, with a light herbal character. 

Taste:  Initially fruity-sweet on the palate, again with a savoury fruitiness above a gentle, warming spice.

Finish:  The gentle spice fades slowly, leaving a light sweetness and hint of pepper.
