The nose reveals a bouquet of wildflower meadow and freshly baked oat biscuits with a touch of white pepper. On the palate, rich toffee apples and candied citrus peel bring a zesty sweetness, layered with warming spices. The finish is smooth and lingering, with notes of sweet oak, floral malt and the delicate almond sweetness of amaretti biscuits.
