Autumn Oak Leaf Wine

Granny Smiths and white pepper, appely married and comfortably dry. And yes, it is made from oak leaves, freshly picked from the woods of Perthshire and made into a strong tea. Oranges, lemons, sugar and chopped up Turkish sultanas are then added. This fruity soup is fermented for three weeks and finished with an aromatic splash of elderflower wine.
